The Coaching Centre
Shawn has worked throughout the Central West region since the family Dwyer's Transport started in 1981, carting freight from Sydney to the Central West. Shawn manages The Coaching Centre, found right in the heart of Orange, offering both professional and personal developmental coaching programs.
As a certified lean six sigma business specialist he works with small to large business providing training, mentoring, and consulting for operational results. Shawn is a Member of the Australian Board of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), International Society of Neuro-Semantics and Shawn is the President of the International Meta-Coach Foundation.
The Coaching Centre offer certified and recognised NLP training including group and team coaching, self-actualization and NLP education.

Amanda Spalding Consulting
Amanda has recently returned to Orange and established her business, Amanda Spalding Consulting, after being General Manager of Hay Shire Council in the Western Riverina. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has worked in Executive Management in NSW State and Local Government and English Local Government for over 25 years. Amanda was a Director of TAFE Western from 2013-2016.
In 2018 Amanda was named in the Inaugural Top 50 NSW Public Sector Women Award recognising women's inspirational leadership within the public sector. Amanda is also the Treasurer of Arts OutWest and Orange Community Broadcasters (FM 107.5). She is a member of the Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak and a founder member of the Central West Women's Forum. Amanda wants to see Orange realise its potential as a thriving city.
Daniel has lived in the central west for over 7 years after travelling the country in his younger years, and has worked with businesses in the central west to help identify the most effective tax treatments and sustainable business decisions for their thriving success.
Working with Morse Group for 7 years, and having been a Partner since 2017, Daniel works with clients in Orange, Bathurst, Sydney, right across Australia and the world.
Daniel joined the Orange Business Chamber in 2015, became a board member in 2016, and accepted the treasurer position in 2017.
Daniel is proud to have been named a finalist in the only national accounting awards in the category of Young Accountant of the Year in 2016 and winning the Bathurst Business Chamber Award for young business executive in 2017.
Daniel has lived in Orange for the past 10 years and established his independent financial advice business, Wealth Train, in 2015.
On the back of 18 years' experience in the financial services industry and degrees in Commerce and Economics, he is passionate about helping people of all ages and all incomes achieve financial success.
Daniel is married with three young children and two chickens and wants to play a part in Orange achieving its full potential.
